Shakhtar reduced ticket prices for the Champions League match after protests from Bayern fans. Earlier, Munich fans spoke out against the inflated prices for tickets for the teams` match in the Champions League, which will be held in Gelsenkirchen on December 10.
Initially, fans of the Munich club sent 55 thousand applications for tickets to the match. However, then it became known that only 19 thousand applications remained.

11livematches against St. Pauli, Bayern fans hung banners with a link to Article 45 of the Champions League Regulations. It says ticket prices for away fans should not be higher than those for home team fans in comparable sectors.
After negotiations between the clubs, Shakhtar agreed to revise ticket prices. Standing seats now cost from 26 euros instead of the previous 52 euros, and seated seats from 45 euros instead of 105 euros.
All fans, including those who have already canceled their ticket request, must be given the opportunity to submit a new request. Requests that have not been canceled remain valid, according to Bavaria`s website.
